JPMorgan Chase warns AI to determine power balance, global alliances in near future

Washington, Oct 14 (UNI) A new report by JPMorgan Chase has warned that in the near future, the growing power of AI will shake up global alliances, stoke fresh populism and change the rules of war in the century ahead.
Its report titled 'The Geopolitics of AI: Decoding the New Global Operating System,' argues that the balance of global power is increasingly being determined not by territory or trade, but by control over AI systems, data, energy, and computing capacity.
As per the MNC's findings, US continues to lead the AI race worldwide, though it is struggling more and more as efforts to maintain that dominance are ushering in new, uncomfortable norms.
