Kerala police arrest Shimjitha Mustafa after Kozhikode man’s suicide over viral video

Kozhikode, Jan 21 (UNI) The Kerala police on Wednesday arrested social media content creator Shimjitha Mustafa in connection with the suicide of U Deepak, a native of Govindapuram in Kozhikode. The police arrested her at a relative's house in Vadakara.
After a medical examination, conducted at the Koyilandy Taluk Hospital, Shimjitha was produced in Kunnamangalam First Class magistrate court.
The court remanded her for fourteen days. She was sent to Manjeri Women's Jail.
