Kerala State School Sports Meet goes Olympics-style

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 3 (UNI) The Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE), under the Department of General Education, Kerala, has taken extensive measures to modernize the upcoming State School Sports Festival, scheduled to be held in Cochin from November 4 to 11.
For the first time, this event will combine athletics and games in an Olympic-style format. KITE is implementing a range of technological solutions to make the organization and coverage of the event a high-tech experience.
From sub-district to state levels, all 730 competitions will be organized and tracked online through KITE’s dedicated portal, www.sports.kite.kerala.gov.in.
