KSCA elections deferred till Dec 30 amid court injunction

Bengaluru, Nov 17 (UNI) KSCA Electoral Officer Dr B Basavaraaju on Monday announced the postponement of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) elections, citing the continuing operation of a trial court injunction and the absence of clear legal directions from the Association.
In a communication sent to the Acting President, Acting Secretary and Joint Secretary of KSCA, the Electoral Officer said he had received a reply from the KSCA only on Sunday evening, along with 11 attachments, followed by a printed copy on Monday morning.
However, he noted that no decisive update had been provided on the court proceedings relating to the ongoing dispute.
