KTR hoists national flag at Telangana Bhavan, slams Congress rule

Hyderabad, Aug 15 (UNI) BRS Working President K Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) hoisted the national flag at Telangana Bhavan during the Independence Day celebrations and extended greetings to Indians worldwide on behalf of party president K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) and the BRS.
Paying tribute to the sacrifices of freedom fighters, KTR said Telangana, under KCR’s leadership, had become a model for the country in agriculture, welfare, IT, and industrial growth. He credited KCR with turning the slogan “Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan” into reality by placing farmers at the forefront and making the state a leader in grain production.
Criticising the 20-month Congress rule, KTR alleged that the state had fallen back into “Delhi’s mercenary rule,” with the Chief Minister making frequent trips to the national capital. He said welfare and agriculture had suffered, industries were moving away, and farmers were again struggling for urea.
