Labourer electrocuted in Delhi

New Delhi, May 17 (UNI) A 26-year-old labourer died after touching an electrified railing in the West Punjabi Bagh area of Delhi, police said today.
According to police, the deceased has been identified as Rohit, a resident of Rajiv Gandhi Camp in Punjabi Bagh. He was unmarried and worked as a labourer.
Police said the incident occurred when Rohit was allegedly taking water from a tap installed near the wall of a park in West Punjabi Bagh. During the incident, he reportedly came in contact with an electrified railing of the park and suffered an electric shock.
