Lamouchi appointed head coach of Tunisia national team

Tunis, Jan 15 (UNI) The Tunisian Football Federation announced the appointment of Sabri Lamouchi as the head coach of Tunisia until 2028.
Lamouchi, 54, succeeds Sami Trabelsi, who was dismissed after Tunisia's round-of-16 exit at the ongoing 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
As a player, Lamouchi had spells with several European clubs, winning French league titles with Auxerre and Monaco, and lifting the Italian Cup with Parma.
