Large quantity of seized contraband destroyed in south Kashmir

Srinagar, Jan 18 (UNI) J&K Police on Saturday destroyed a large quantity of seized contraband in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Police said the action was carried out in strict adherence to Section 52A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
Anantnag Police, under the supervision of a specially constituted committee, destroyed a substantial quantity of seized contraband substances in compliance with the directions of the Sessions Court.
