Maha: PM to address election rally on Nov 14 in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Nov 11 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a public meeting in the city on November 14 for campaigning of 14 Mahayuti candidates, including nine in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district and five in Jalna, informed former Union minister and Rajya Sabha MP Dr Bhagwat Karad on Monday.
Addressing a press conference here, he said that this public meeting will be held on November 14 at 1300 hours on 14 acre ground at Chikalthana, Ramnagar area near here.
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Union Minister of State Ramdas Athawale, Election chief former Union minister Raosaheb Danve, National Commission for Women chairperson Vijaya Rahatkar, MLA Pankaja Munde and candidates and office-bearers from both the districts will be present in this meeting.

Mumbai, Nov 18 (UNI) Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde today announced that project-affected persons in the Thane Municipal Corporation limits, who are purchasing individual housing units under the JNNURM and BSUP schemes, will be given a 1 percent waiver on the stamp duty surcharge while executing their housing agreement. Additionally, a nominal amount of 100 will be charged for the duplicate document, he said.

255 schools in Nagpur fail to register under RTE; issued Show-Cause notices
