Satara, Dec 12 (UNI) Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar on Thursday expressed confidence that given
encouragement and scope to the children from rural areas, they will definitely shine at international level in various sports.
While addressing an inaugural function of rural indoor sports basketball and badminton centre at Mhaswad in Maan tehsil of the district built with the help of Sachin Tendulkar Foundation, he further said that this facility was part of a wider initiative to promote sports and physical education among rural youths, providing them a platform for development of their talent and community engagement.
