Milk supply scam: CBI registers case against 3 Army officials

New Delhi, Feb 13 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today registered a case against three Army officials, who headed a Military farm in Pune between 2009-12, for allegedly causing a loss of Rs 2.12 crore to the Military farm.
According to CBI sources, a case has been registered against Col PK Bahugana, Lt Col JK Joseph and Lt Col Ajit Singh Bhadouria on the allegations that during the period between January 2009 to December 2012, they entered into a criminal conspiracy with a Pune-based firm and other persons and fraudulently made certain payment to a firm against the supply of milk, causing an alleged loss of around Rs 2.12 crore to the Military farm, an official said.
Searches have been conducted at various places in Pune, Jammu, Kolkata, Kota and New Delhi in the premises of the accused, he added.
