Moped-Bike collision in Firozabad: one burnt alive, three seriously injured

Firozabad, Aug 15 (UNI) A tragic road accident occurred today morning near Makhanpur village along the National Highway in the Shikohabad police station area, resulting in one fatality and serious injuries to three others.
Munnalal (52), a resident of Bharol village in Araav, was traveling with his son Ashu (32) on a moped to visit the Balaji Temple. Reportedly, they were on the wrong side of the highway when their moped collided head-on with a motorcycle coming from the opposite direction. The motorcycle was carrying a couple, Jaideep (30) and Mohini (26), from Mainpuri.
The collision caused all four individuals to fall onto the road. The moped reportedly skidded for a distance, and a fire broke out following the impact. Munnalal sustained severe burn injuries and could not be rescued in time. His son and the bike-riding couple were seriously injured.
