Mukesh Ambani offers prayers at Guruvayur temple

Guruvayur, Nov 9 (UNI) Reliance Group Chairman Mukesh Ambani offered prayers at Guruvayur Sri Krishna temple on Sunday.
Ambani and his entourage arrived at the south entrance at 0730 hrs and entered the temple through the Eastern Gopuram. He was welcomed by Devaswam Chairman VK Vijayan and other officials. He went around the temple offering prayers to the main deities of Lord Krishna, Ayyappa and Bhagavathi. Devaswam Chairman escorted him and explained the pooja rituals like Seeveli.
He donated Rs 15 crores as part of the expenses for a temple hospital being constructed at a cost of Rs 60 crores. After spending thirty minutes inside the temple Ambani left for the nearby Sri Krishna college grounds where he landed in helicopter earlier today.
