Mungantiwar will speak through Vanvarta

Mumbai, June 4 (UNI) On the occasion of World Environment Day, on June 5, State Minister for Forests, Cultural Affairs and Fisheries Sudhir Mungantiwar will be speaking through the program “Vanvarta”.
The program will be telecasted at 8.40 am from the air station. Looking at the need of the present time, the seriousness of environmental protection, the measures to be taken for it and the environmental duties of every citizen mentioned in the constitution in a simple language that the common people can understand and they can put those things into action, through this program,said Munganttiwar.
In the twenty-first century, we are facing big problems like global temperature rise, pollution, unseasonal rain, drought. Solving these environmental problems is not the task of any one department or group but every citizen must participate in it,he added.
