Seoul, Oct 7 (UNI) North Korea launched around 120 trash balloons toward South Korea on Monday, days after a similar, but bigger, launch, South Korean news agency Yonhap reported, citing South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS).
Around 80 trash bags landed around parts of Seoul and its surrounding Gyeonggi-do province, the JCS said. No harmful substances have been found in the bags that contained household garbage such as paper, plastic bags and bottles, the military added.
On Friday, the JCS said that Pyongyang launched some 320 balloons toward South Korea.
