NDA victory in Bihar outcome of PM Modi's charismatic leadership: Minister AK Sharma

Lucknow, Nov 15 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Minister AK Sharma said the NDA's landslide victory in the Bihar Assembly elections was a victory for the politics of development and good governance across the country, which Prime Minister Narendra Modi has promoted through his strong leadership.
He said that the people of Bihar have clearly conveyed their desire to support a leadership that is honest, transparent and consistently works for the welfare of the people.
"This resounding victory for the NDA is a result of Prime Minister Modi's charismatic leadership, his commitment to public service and his commitment to the welfare of every section of the society. The people have once again chosen the path of development," he said.

Victim's parents move SC against acquittal or computation of death sentence

Shimla, Dec 12 (UNI) The family of four-year-old murder victim Yug Gupta has moved the Supreme Court challenging the Himachal Pradesh High Court’s September 23 judgment that commuted the death sentences of two convicts and acquitted the third.
Family sources told UNI that Yug’s father, Vinod Gupta, has filed a Special Leave Petition (SLP) before the apex court, which has been accepted for hearing.

New UP BJP President to be announced on Sunday, election process to start tomorrow
