Bengaluru, May 21 (UNI) BYJU'S Tuition Centres (BTCs), India's largest learning network, have kicked off their 2024-25 academic session at 240 locations.
Offering K-12 classroom programs and access to BYJU's digital learning, BTCs now boast an annual fee of just Rs 36,000, making them more affordable than local options while maintaining superior quality.
Founder and CEO Byju Raveendran introduced a pioneering business model on May 19, urging BTC center heads to see themselves as part-owners. "I want you to see yourselves as part-owners of these centres, not just managers," he said. Under this model, they stand to share profits based on performance, empowering them to build their teams and rehire former BYJU staff.
Raveendran believes BTCs have the potential to transform supplementary education nationwide, especially with the combined network of 240 BTCs and over 300 Aakash centers, now offering quality education in diverse locations across India. UNI BDN AKS
