New Relic opens 300-plus seat office in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Nov 8 (UNI) New Relic, a leading provider of intelligent observability solutions, has announced the opening of a new 300-plus seat office in Bengaluru, a move aimed at bolstering its commitment to the Indian market and supporting its expanding global customer base.
The new office will house product, engineering, go-to-market, finance, and operations teams, enabling enhanced collaboration and innovation.
The expansion marks a significant milestone in New Relic’s growth strategy in Asia. India has emerged as one of the company’s fastest-growing markets in the region. Since the start of 2024, New Relic has quadrupled its Indian workforce, driving the need for a larger workspace in Bengaluru. This development follows the launch of the initial Bengaluru office in March 2022 and the Hyderabad Product Innovation Center in October 2022.
The Bengaluru office will serve as a collaborative hub for various teams focusing on the New Relic Intelligent Observability Platform. By integrating product, engineering, and design teams with finance and operational functions, New Relic aims to strengthen cross-functional efforts to better serve global clients from India.
Ashish Agarwal, New Relic’s Chief Financial Officer, said, "Our customers and team in India are foundational to our future. India’s digital economy is rapidly adopting AI and advanced technologies, making observability mission-critical. With many of our global customers’ observability teams based here, the new Bengaluru office supports our goal of operational excellence."
New Relic has also received industry accolades for its innovation and impact. These include the GCC AI Visionary Award at the Minsky Awards for Excellence in AI, the Agent of Change Award at the Goodera Karma Summit 2024, and recognition in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Monitoring.
