Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Nov 24 (UNI) In a statement following the successful acquisition of English all-rounder Liam Livingstone in the auction, Andy Flower, the head coach, expressed immense satisfaction with the buy. Flower described Livingstone as a "very, very dangerous player" with "huge power" and lauded his versatility.
"He's not just a big hitter; Livingstone's ability to bowl both legspin and offspin adds a valuable dimension to our bowling attack. Securing him early in the auction was a strategic move, and we're thrilled to have him on board," he said.
Livingstone was secured by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for Rs 8.75 crore at the recent auction. After a slow start, the bidding heated up as teams like SRH and CSK entered the fray, but RCB ultimately clinched the deal.
