Tripura govt pays Rs 10 lakh compensation for custodial death

Agartala, Nov 30 (UNI) Tripura government on Wednesday deposited Rs 10 lakh to the high court here as compensation to the family of Jamal Hussain, a resident of Kalapania village under Sepahijala district who died in police lock-up allegedly due to custodial torture in September last
