First day in office: Arunachal CM signs file approving release of Rs 100 crore under CMSSS

Itanagar, June 13 (UNI) After taking over the charge of Chief Minister for the third consecutive term following his swearing-in, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Thursday approved the release of Rs 100 crore under the Chief Minister’s Social Security Scheme (CMSSS), benefitting about 80,000 beneficiaries across the State.
Khandu signed the first file according to approval for the release of funds to the tune of Rs 100 crore under the Chief Minister’s Social Security Scheme (CMSSS), on Thursday.
“Guided by the principles of ‘Antyodaya’, the State Government is dedicated to the most vulnerable and marginalized section of the society,” a statement from the CMO said.
