Bhubaneswar, Dec 6 (UNI) Opposition BJD and the Congress on Friday disrupted the proceedings of the house after Speaker Surama Padhy did not allow a debate on the admissibility of an adjournment motion, notice for which was given by the Congress on multi-purpose Polavaram Project, forcing the speaker to adjourn the house twice till 1600hrs.
Due to the protest, the question hour was washed out and the house could not take up the zero hour and other business in the pre-lunch session.
