Palamu cyber police facilitate refund of Rs 2.63 lakh to online fraud victims

Palamu, Nov 13 ( UNI ) The Cyber Police Station in Palamu has successfully facilitated the refund of Rs 2,63,500 to victims of various cyber fraud cases over the past 15 days.
The recovery was made possible through coordinated efforts with concerned banks and continuous administrative guidance, ensuring that affected citizens received their lost money through timely intervention.
According to the police, several of these cases had already been resolved earlier. However, after the Cyber Police Station received access to the NCCRP (National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal), the related complaints were formally closed or withdrawn on the portal upon verification of the victims’ applications, affidavits, and confirmation of the refunded amounts.
