Odisha Governor launches special programme to combat Anaemia among schoolgirls

Bhubaneswar, Nov 3 (UNI) Odisha Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati today expressed concern over the widespread prevalence of anaemia among adolescent girls and emphasized the importance of regular health check-ups and nutritional awareness.
Dr. Kambhampati launched a special two-month Raj Bhavan initiative aimed at promoting healthy dietary habits and combating anaemia at Capital Girls’ High School, Unit-II, Bhubaneswar
As part of the programme, students were served beetroot-carrot juice and peanut chikki made with jaggery.

Patna, Dec 11(UNI) RJD senior leader Shivanand Tivary has questioned the disappearance of Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav from the political scene after the party’s crushing defeat in the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections. Tivary advised Tejashwi to return to the field without delay.
In an open letter addressed to Tejashwi, Tivary held Sanjay Yadav and former RJD Bihar president Jagadanand Singh, both considered close to the RJD’s de facto chief, responsible for keeping him in the dark.
