Aizawl, May 7 (UNI) At least 95 more refugees from Myanmar entered Mizoram during the past one week, officials on Tuesday said.
About 89 refugees from Paletwa township in Chin state of Myanmar fled and have taken shelter in southernmost Mizoram’s Lawngtlai district to escape forcible recruitment by the Arakan Army (AA) militants and six refugees also entered northeastern Khawzawl district during the same period, officials added.
