Kharge slams BJP at Voter Adhikar Yatra finale, says Bihar to uproot 'double-engine corrupt govt'

Patna, Sep 1 (UNI) In a fiery address marking the conclusion of the 16-day-long Voter Adhikar Yatra today, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge attacked the BJP-led central and state governments, asserting that Bihar will lead the nation in uprooting what he claimed a “double-engine corrupt government”.
Addressing a massive crowd here alongwith leaders of the INDIA bloc, Kharge congratulated all those who participated in the yatra, describing it as a “people’s awakening”.
“This yatra wasn’t just a protest, it was a movement to reclaim democracy and the fundamental right to vote. Wherever it passed, crores poured onto the streets. The people of Bihar made it a resounding success,” he aid.
