New Delhi, Nov 20 (UNI) Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday appealed to the voters of Maharashtra and Jharkhand to vote in large numbers so that their interests, better future, and self-respect are protected.
Gandhi, while urging the voters of Maharashtra, said in a post on X, "Brothers and sisters of Maharashtra, I appeal to all of you to cast your vote today to protect the self-respect and Constitution."
"Every vote you give to Maha Vikas Aghadi will stop the loot unleashed on jobs and projects. Your vote will ensure fair price to farmers for their crops and will bring prosperity to your life with five guarantees," Gandhi said.
Meanwhile, Gandhi, while urging the Jharkhand voters, who are voting in the second and final phase, said, "I appeal to my brothers and sisters of Jharkhand to vote in large numbers today to protect their interests and for a better future."
"Your every vote for INDIA bloc will protect your water, land, and forest and will make your life prosperous with seven guarantees like Maiya Samman Yojana," the former Congress president said.
