Look forward to renewing our collaboration: PM Modi congratulates Donald Trump

New Delhi, Nov 6 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday congratulated friend Donald Trump on his “historic election victory”, and said he looks forward to renewing their collaboration to further strengthen the India-US Comprehensive Global and Strategic Partnership.
In a post on X, the PM said that they will work together for the betterment of their people and to promote global peace, stability and prosperity.
“Heartiest congratulations my friend @realDonaldTrump on your historic election victory. As you build on the successes of your previous term, I look forward to renewing our collaboration to further strengthen the India-US Comprehensive Global and Strategic Partnership.
“Together, let’s work for the betterment of our people and to promote global peace, stability and prosperity.”
Republican presidential candidate Trump is set to take over as the 47th president of the United States.
