Steel Minister Narendra Singh Tomar condoles demise of Dr Kalam

New Delhi, Jul 28 (UNI) Minister of Steel and Mines Narendra Singh Tomar today expressed condolences on the sad demise of former President Bharat Ratna APJ Abdul Kalam. Talking to UNI, Mr Tomar said the entire nation will remember the contribution of Dr Kalam. The Minister said he got the opportunity twice to have an interaction with Dr Kalam, when the former President visited Madhya Pradesh. Dr Kalam played a great role as a scientist and teacher, Mr Tomar said. ''The country has lost not only a great scientist, but a great personality, a great son of India. Dr Kalam left an indelible mark in the hearts of countrymen as a thinker, writer, leader and as the Missile Man of India. ''Dr Kalam will always remain in our hearts and his life will remain a source of inspiration to the millions of youth in the country. ''We pray to the Lord Almighty to rest his pious soul in peace,'' the Minister added. UNI NY RJ
