Man killed, 1 injured after being hit by vehicle in MP

Sehore (MP), Apr 6 (UNI) One person was killed and another was seriously injured when an unidentified vehicle rammed into their motorcycle near Ashta on the Indore-Bhopal highway in the Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh, police said on Saturday.
The accident took place between Chacharsi Jod and Pagariya Ram at around 2 a.m. last night, Station House Officer (SHO) Chinmoy Mishra said. In this accident, a young man riding a motorcycle has died, and a young man has been seriously injured. The injured youth has been referred to Ashta Civil Hospital for first aid. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the accident.
The deceased and the injured are yet to be identified.
