Punjab VB arrests Patwari for accepting Rs 15,000 bribe

Chandigarh, May 15 (UNI) Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB), on Wednesday arrested Ramesh Kumar, posted as Patwari in Revenue halqua Pandori circle in Hoshiarpur district for demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 15,000.

An official spokesperson of the State VB said the Revenue official has been arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by Jaswinder Kaur of village Tanulli, in Hoshiarpur.
