Chrysanthemums in autumn will be like Tulips in spring: J&K CMSrinagar, Nov 22 (UNI) Chrysanthemums will do for autumn what Tulips have done for spring in Kashmir, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said on Friday while laying the foundation stone for upgrading a hi-tech flower nursery and developing Bagh-e-Gul-e-Dawood (Chrysanthemum Theme Garden) here.

Omar said Kashmir valley is renowned worldwide for its breathtaking beauty and picturesque gardens hold a special place.
“Chrysanthemums will do for autumn what Tulips have done for spring in Kashmir,” Omar said.
