Gandhinagar, Apr 1 (UNI) An anti-terror bill,on the lines of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA),was cleared by the Gujarat assembly. Rejected by President APJ Abdul Kalam and his successor, the amended Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organised Crime Bill (GCTOC), allows a confession before a police officer to be admissible as evidence in court.
