RBI marks 90th anniv with Nationwide Quiz contest

Chennai, Nov 23 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to commemorate 90th year of its operations this year launched the RBI90Quiz, a nationwide general knowledge-based quiz competition aimed at undergraduate students.
The RBI90Quiz is a team-based contest, being held in multiple stages, a PIB release on Saturday said.
The online phase was conducted during September 19-21, 2024. Based on the performance in the online phase, college teams were selected for participation in State-level rounds.

Hyderabad, Dec 16 (UNI) A solemn wreath-laying ceremony was held at Veerula Sainik Smarak, Hyderabad on Tuesday , to commemorate Vijay Diwas, marking the Indian Armed Forces' victory in the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War.
Telngana Governor Jishnu Dev Verma, Deputy chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, and Major General Ajay Misra, General Officer Commanding (GOC) Telangana & Andhra Sub Area (TASA), were among the dignitaries who laid wreaths at the memorial.
