LS Polls list : DMK fields prominent sitting MPs, 11 new faces

Chennai, Mar 20 (UNI) Prominent sitting MPS, including Ms Kanimohzi, DMK Parliamentary Party Leader T R Baalu, Dayanidhi Maran and A.Raja, are among the candidates announced by the DMK for the April 19 Lok Sabha elections in Tamil Nadu.
Of the 21 seats to be contested by the DMK, the party announced 11 new faces, while the rest were incumbents.
Of the total 39 seats in TN, the DMK has allotted 18 seats to is ally, including nine to its key partner Congress, besides the lone seat in Union Territory of Puducherry. All the allies, except the Congress have announced their candidates for the polls.
