Kakinada;Court sentences Bihar worker to 10 months jail for attempt to murder

Kakinada, Apr 17 (UNI) The Pithapuram additional sessions court Judge K Madhavi on Wednesday convicted the accused Hiravanan Kaji a Bihar worker for attempting to murder his co-worker Ghanasyam in a petty feud and sentenced him to undergo 10 months imprisonment.
The prosecution case was that the accused along with a group of workers from Bihar were working in Sri Venkateswera rice mill in Kandarada village .
The petty clash among the Bihari workers led to an attack on the complainant Ghanasyam and inflicting grievous injuries during September last year.
