Sonia, Rahul, KC Venugopal directing farce of repeated breakfast meetings: LoP Ashoka

Bengaluru, Dec 2 (UNI) Karnataka BJP leader R Ashoka on Tuesday said that top Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and KC Venugopal were directing the “farce” of repeated breakfast meetings, between Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar.
Addressing a press conference, Ashoka said that the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister were busy holding breakfast meetings to resolve internal differences, even as the Congress government "failed to address the real problems of farmers and citizens."
He also criticised the Congress government over its failure to repair potholes, saying more than 580 people had died in the last 10 months due to pothole-related accidents. "Had the time spent on snacks been used to fill potholes, many innocent lives could have been saved," he said.
