Congress trying to evade accountability in Kaleshwaram scam: MP Raghunandan Rao

Hyderabad, Nov 5 (UNI) BJP MP Raghunandan Rao on Wednesday accused the Congress government of deliberately delaying action in the Kaleshwaram project irregularities case, despite its earlier promises of swift justice and recovery of misused funds.
Speaking at a press conference at the BJP state office, Rao said the Congress party, which came to power claiming it would recover Rs 1 lakh crore within two months, has failed to take any meaningful action even after 23 months.
“Now Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy is asking why the BJP is not arresting BRS leaders. It is the Congress government that has the power in the state,” he said.
