Kerala Guv lauds flawless conduct of State School Sports Meet

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 28 (UNI) Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar today praised the “flawless and inspiring” organisation of the State School Sports Meet, calling it a model for how large-scale educational events should be managed.
Speaking at the valedictory function of the Kerala Games 2025 held at the University Stadium here, the Governor congratulated the Education Department, Minister V. Sivankutty, and the organising team for staging a “perfectly coordinated and impressive” event that brought together around 20,000 student athletes from across the state.
“This year’s meet was not just a sports event but an example of educational excellence and teamwork. Sports today are an integral part of education, shaping character and confidence,” the Governor said. “I am happy to be the Governor of such a beautiful and dynamic state,” he added.
