Dubai, Nov 22 (UNI) The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) on Friday struck a historic deal with Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI), granting the broadcaster exclusive media rights for ACC tournaments from 2024 to 2031 in a partnership valued over 70% higher than the previous cycle, highlighting the surging global popularity of Asian cricket.
The agreement covers all editions of the Men’s and Women’s Asia Cups, Men’s and Women’s Under-19 Asia Cups, and the Men’s and Women’s Emerging Teams Asia Cups.
The collaboration promises comprehensive coverage of Asian cricket’s marquee tournaments across television, digital, and audio platforms, enhancing the viewing experience for cricket enthusiasts.
