Financial aid approved for 21 critically ill patients under state scheme

Ranchi, Feb 17 (UNI) The Jharkhand State Arogya Committee on Tuesday approved financial assistance for 21 beneficiaries under the Chief Minister’s Serious Illness Treatment Scheme. The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by Executive Director of the Jharkhand State Arogya Samiti, Chhavi Ranjan. The committee reviewed proposals ranging from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 20 lakh for treatment of cancer, kidney transplant and other critical ailments.
