Maha Congress in-charge targets Modi

Kolhapur, May 1 (UNI) Congress party's state in-charge Ramesh Chennithala on Wednesday hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of making reckless allegations against the Congress fearing defeat in this Lok Sabha elections.
Addressing a press conference in a city hotel this afternoon, he said, "Looking at trend of voting in first two phases of the Lok Sabha elections, the picture that has emerged will shock the ruling Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is making wild allegations against the Congress party due to fear in his mind."
Having realised of getting bad response in first two phases of polls, Modi changed his campaign tactic for third phase by trying to sow differences between Hindus and Muslims and making false claims that Congress party's manifesto favours the Muslims.
