Rs 1792 cr to be distributed as 2nd installment of 'Namo Shetkari Mahasanman Yojana': Munde

Mumbai, Feb 22 (UNI) Maharashtra State Agriculture Minister Dhananjay Munde on Thursday announced that Rs 1792 crore has been approved for the second instalment of the Namo Shetkari Mahasanman Yojana, which will be distributed to around 90 lakh farmers in the state.
The government issued a decision regarding this matter on Wednesday, as per an official press statement.
Munde announced that by the end of February, Rs 2000 will be directly deposited into the bank accounts of approximately 90 lakh farmers in the state.
