6 killed, 15 injured as bus falls into ditch in NW Pakistan

Islamabad, Feb 28 (UNI) At least six people were killed and 15 others injured on Tuesday as a bus fell into a ditch in Haripur district of Pakistan's northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the rescue service reported.
The rescue service said that the accident took place in the evening in Khanpur area of the district due to overspeeding, resulting in the casualties.
The deceased and injured were shifted to a local hospital, it added.

Washington, Feb. 7 (UNI) U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order Thursday imposing sanctions on the International Criminal Court (ICC), claiming that the court "has engaged in illegitimate and baseless actions targeting America and our close ally Israel."
"The ICC has no jurisdiction over the United States or Israel, as neither country is party to the Rome Statute or a member of the ICC," the order said. The Rome Statute is the international treaty that established the ICC.
