5 dead, 4 injured in three-vehicle crash in Philippines

Manila, May 15 (UNI) Five people were killed and four others injured in a three-vehicle collision in Quezon province, southeast of the Philippine capital, before dawn on Wednesday, police said.
Police said the fatal accident happened around 2:30 a.m. local time when a speeding truck crashed into a three-wheeled motorcycle carrying nine people while traveling along a highway in Lopez town.
The collision caused the motorcycle to burst into flames and hit a passenger bus.
