Afghanistan asks Pakistan to stop its forceful deportation of Afghan nationals

Kabul, Jan 9 (UNI) With Pakistan intensifying its forced deportation of Afghan nationals, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has launched a strong protest against the move, asking Islamabad to stop its harassment of Afghans living in the country.
Additionally, Abdul Matlib Haqqani, the Islamic Emirate’s spokesperson for the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation, has also urged Afghan migrants residing in Pakistan to voluntarily return to their homeland.
Speaking on the issue, Haqqani said: “We ask Pakistan to treat Afghan migrants with patience and to stop its inappropriate behaviour toward them. Furthermore, we ask our migrant brothers to voluntarily return to their homeland and begin a dignified life here,” as per Tolo News.
