IDF detains over 6k terrorism suspects in West Bank since Oct 2023

Moscow, Dec 16 (UNI) The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said Monday it had detained more than 6,000 people on suspicion of terrorism in the West Bank since October 7, 2023, with over 2,350 of them believed to be linked to Palestinian movement Hamas.
"Since the beginning of the war, more than 6,000 people have been detained on suspicion of terrorism as of today, more than 2,350 of whom are linked to the Hamas terrorist organization," the IDF said in a statement.
The Israeli forces detained over 10 people last night in the Jericho area of the West Bank as part of a counterterrorism operation, the IDF said. The military also seized about 1 million shekels (
