Biden-Putin talks could help solve Ukraine conflict: US Congressman Massie

Washington, May 25 (UNI) Talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Joe Biden could help solve the conflict in Ukraine, and even lower-level discussions between top diplomats could help achieve progress, US Congressman Thomas Massie told Sputnik on Friday.

When asked at what level such discussion should be held, Massie said, "Maybe at the secretary of state level, for instance."
