20k people in Japan advised to evacuate due to heavy rains

Tokyo, Sep 15 (UNI) Over 22,500 people in the Japanese prefecture of Nagasaki have been advised to evacuate due to torrential rains, the NHK broadcaster reported on Friday.
The threat to the city of Sasebo, located in the prefecture, has been estimated at the fourth level of emergency out of five, the broadcaster said.
