Nitish directs Police to work with honesty to uphold Rule of Law in Bihar

Patna, Jan 12 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today directed police officers to work with honesty, full alertness and strictness to ensure effective crime control and maintain the rule of law in the state.
Inaugurating the state-level police conference at Sardar Patel Bhawan , the Chief Minister said that the police have a vital role in maintaining law and order in society. He asserted that the rule of law prevails in Bihar and expressed confidence that police officers would continue to perform their duties with integrity and commitment.
Addressing the conference, Kumar said he expected all police personnel to work honestly, with complete preparedness and firmness, to ensure effective crime control and public safety across the state.
